Update - the Fairy Garden

Message from President Steve Cullen to the Friends of Eaglemont Village community about the John Walkley Memorial Seat, and Fairy Garden.
Earlier this year Metro informed us they were concerned about the proximity of the seat and the Fairy Garden to the unfenced rail line.  We have explored a range of options with them, including fencing the line, and we will be relocating both to a more suitable place.
That location is still being confirmed, and we will let you know as soon as we know.  The plan is we will do the relocation under the supervision of Metro/VicTrack.
This update is to inform you of the situation, request your understanding as we do this work, and ask for volunteers to help us when it happens as it will be a significant exercise.
